What is your consultation process?
Before Your Consultation
Before our session, you will receive a Hormone Check List from me to complete at home. Please bring the filled-out list with you, along with any recent blood test results, if available.
During the Consultation
Together, we will take the time to discuss your symptoms, health concerns, and personal goals. Depending on your situation, I may suggest specific supplements, guide you in improving your eating habits, and, if needed, recommend further tests or assessments.
I will also show you how gentle lifestyle adjustments can help you naturally support and enhance your wellbeing.
After the Consultation
About three weeks later, a follow-up session is recommended. During this visit, we will review your progress together and, if necessary, refine your wellness plan to better support your journey toward balance and vitality.
