As a nutritionist specialising in women's naturopathy and holistic nutrition, I provide personalised dietary recommendations and supplement suggestions to promote overall health and well-being.

My interest in health dates back many years. Even as a young girl, I suffered from health problems. I was often unwell and had to be hospitalised several times as a child.

At the age of 26, I was diagnosed with a serious illness.

This made me realise that I had to take responsibility for my own health.

I studied nutritional science and learnt a lot about healthy eating. I put everything I learned into practice first and foremost for myself.

A couple of years ago, I developed another health problem. After the Covid vaccination four years ago, my menstrual cycles became very irregular and then disappeared completely. The visit to the gynecologist was not very pleasant. The blood test showed that I was already going through menopause. Much too early at the age of 41.

The gynecologist suggested hormone replacement therapy. I refused. Due to my previous history, the risks of hormone therapy were too high for me. Also, I think it's better to always try to help with gentle, natural methods first.

After a few months, my monthly cycle came back completely. Completely without hormones, only with nutrition, herbs and yoga

My interest in female hormonal balance was sparked by my own story. I completed further training at the Academy of Naturopathy in Germany.

Today, I help other women regain their hormonal balance using gentle methods. In my view, a healthy diet and lifestyle are the most powerful tools for improving health.
